Synergisity Consulting, Training & Development LLC provides expert support in the areas of Human Resources, Workers’ Compensation, Safety and Benefits Risk Management, for small to large organizations with the goal of improving performance and cost savings.  The founder possesses over 15 years’ experience and a wide range of expertise with a strong history of implementing significant cost savings in public and private sectors, serving for profit and non-profit organizations, charter and Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) schools.

Synergisity strives to uniquely align services to a diverse client base and provide cost-effective options which will allow flexibility and customize service offerings to most effectively meet the client’s needs.

Synergisity’s approach is to build on the strengths of the clients’ organization by utilizing their current structure and promoting synergy within their team.

About the Founder

Peggy Huff, founder of Synergisity Consulting, Training & Development LLC, has a proven record of success in post-termination hearings, EEOC discrimination and OSHA whistleblower claims. She endeavors to guide organizations in best practices, aid organizations in defending against costly errors and to reduce claims costs. She has over fifteen years of comprehensive knowledge in human resources and safety administration including six years working in Bureau of Indian Education (“BIE”) and charter schools.    She provides expert consulting and training for employee development, human resources administration, supervisor training, compensation and benefits, safety programs and workers’ compensation programs to guide organizations toward improved performance and cost savings.  Additionally, she is a certified trainer for AVERT an active violence emergency training program and CPR/AED & First Aid.

Ms. Huff has served employers in union shops, sheet metal manufacturing, machine shops, non-profits, AZ charter and BIE schools.  After serving BIE schools, she discovered a passion for serving schools and businesses lacking a formal HR Department.  She strives to aid them in reducing hidden costs and common compliance oversights.
